Deposit & Payment Information
A 15% deposit is required with return of signed contract by the due date specified in the contract. Seats are not guaranteed until a signed contract and deposit is received.
Final payment and confirmation of ticket quantity is required no less than 30 days prior to performance. Ticket reservations unpaid at 30 days prior to performance will be released for resale and result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Once final payment has been received, tickets will be mailed to the person designated on the contract.
Payments may be made by check, money order, or credit card. All sales are final. Refunds for unused tickets are not available.
Reservation & Seating Information
All Group reservations must be made by phone. Seats are assigned on a best-available basis upon receipt of contract and deposit. Seating arrangements within the group are solely the responsibility of the group leader.
Wheelchair or handicap seating arrangements must be made at time of reservation.
For groups of 30 or more, one seat will be provided at no cost for the escort/group leader.
Arrival at Theatre
Buses are asked to arrive at the theatre 45 minutes before curtain. Groups arriving less than 10 minutes prior to curtain will not be seated until intermission.
Groups not met by a REV representative should have the escort or group leader check in at the Box Office before your group leaves the bus.
